A sci-fi UFO / Alien movie set in the present day starts when a number of large crafts (that look like Terrys chocolate orange segments) descend to multiple locations on Earth. The world is unified as they try and figure out what the "aliens" want. Louse Banks (Amy Adams) is hired to help decipher their language by breaking down their communication methods and translating to our own. Not everybody liked the idea of communication.
Why do we like the Arrival move?
Anything UFO / Alien is automatically included in our movie collection, but we specifically like this movie because it once again shows that the planet "can" unite as one, rather than settling differences with war. The movie itself is well produced but is not a "sit on the edge of your seat" type of film, more a "hmmm that's pretty cool" type of film.
It's a great UFO movie to add to your collection for sure.
